🎨 Art + Ease: A Therapy Group for Anxious Women in Prince George, VA

If you’re an anxious woman who feels like you’ve been running on empty, always doing but never arriving—this group was made for you.

Art + Ease is a gentle, trauma-informed therapy group designed to help you reconnect with joy, creativity, and community. You don’t need to be “artistic.” You just need to be curious—and ready to soften the grip of anxiety.

đź’¬ Why This Group?

Many women in Prince George, Hopewell, and the surrounding Tri-Cities area and across Virginia come to therapy because they’re tired of pretending they’re okay. They’re overwhelmed, overthinking, and over-functioning—especially if they have anxiety, ADHD, or a history of emotional trauma.

This group is a space to exhale.

Through creative, expressive experiences and connection with others, you'll explore:

  • Self-compassion and nervous system regulation

  • Emotional expression without judgment

  • Tools to manage anxiety and perfectionism

  • How to access joy again—even if it’s been a while

✨ What’s Included:

  • 90-minute therapy sessions every other week

  • 6 group meetings total (12 weeks total)

  • Gentle structure with space for sharing, reflecting, and making

  • All art supplies provided

  • Led by Leah Harlan, LPC — trauma-informed therapist & creative guide

📍 Held online in Virginia
