Frequently asked questions
You have some questions and I have some answers.
I offer telehealth & in person, & invite you to schedule a free 15-minute Zoom with me to see if I’m the right fit for your therapy needs+goals. Starting therapy for the first time or with a new person can feel weird to be perfectly honest. My hope is that you can get an idea about how I work as a therapist so you feel comfortable.

Clients often describe our work as grounded, thoughtful, and supportive. Sessions are a space where you don’t have to perform or explain yourself. I bring structure, warmth, and curiosity to the work, helping you slow things down, understand what’s happening internally, and make changes that feel sustainable in real life.

I practice what I preach. I enjoy time with my family, painting, trips to the bay or beach, cooking real food, and time with friends. My life requires that I show up authentically for you and I ensure I put boundaries in place for my time so that I can do so.

I am considered an out of network provider. I do help process out of network benefits and accept both HSA and FSA cards.
My fee is $225 per 50 minute sessions. Because I operate as an out of network therapist, I can offer extended sessions.

In addition to individual therapy, I periodically offer workshops, groups, and professional consultation focused on mental health, burnout, and nervous-system regulation. Availability varies throughout the year. Please reach out or join the mailing list for updates on upcoming offerings.

Most clients begin with weekly sessions to build momentum and establish consistency. Over time, some choose to shift to biweekly sessions depending on goals, progress, and scheduling needs. Frequency is always discussed collaboratively and revisited as needed.
