INDIVIDUAL THERAPY FOR ADULTS

Personalized support for anxiety, overwhelm, and life transitions. Individual therapy is a space to slow down, understand what’s happening beneath the surface, and create meaningful change. Many clients come in feeling mentally busy, emotionally drained, or stuck in patterns of overthinking and self-pressure. Together, we work to calm the nervous system, untangle anxious thought loops, and build tools that actually work in real life.

Sessions are structured yet flexible, balancing insight, emotional regulation, and practical strategies. Therapy is paced intentionally so progress feels steady and sustainable—not overwhelming.

YOU MAY BENEFIT FROM THERAPY IF YOU EXPERIENCE:

  • Feeling stuck in unhelpful patterns despite trying to “do all the right things”
    • Stress related to work, relationships, parenting, or life transitions
    • Physical symptoms of stress such as tension, headaches, or disrupted sleep
    • Low self-confidence, self-criticism, or feeling disconnected from yourself
    • Difficulty setting boundaries or prioritizing your own needs
    • A sense that you’re functioning—but not really feeling well

  • Persistent anxiety, worry, or overthinking that feels hard to quiet
    • Mental fatigue, burnout, or feeling constantly “on edge”
    • Difficulty focusing, organizing, or following through—especially with ADHD
    • Emotional overwhelm or trouble regulating strong emotions

CHILD & ADOLESCENT THERAPY

Children with ADHD or anxiety often feel overwhelmed by their thoughts, emotions, or surroundings—even when they can’t fully explain what’s happening. Therapy provides a safe, supportive space where kids can learn to understand their feelings, build emotional regulation skills, and develop confidence in themselves.

Sessions are developmentally appropriate and tailored to your child’s needs, using conversation, creativity, and practical strategies to help them feel calmer, more focused, and better equipped to navigate daily challenges.

Parents are included as part of the process, with guidance and support to help reinforce skills at home and school. The goal is not to “fix” your child, but to help them feel understood, supported, and capable.

Your child may benefit from therapy if they are experiencing::

  • Frequent worry, fear, or anxiety that feels hard to manage
    • Difficulty focusing, staying organized, or following through on tasks
    • Big emotional reactions or trouble calming down after becoming upset
    • Avoidance of school, activities, or social situations
    • Restlessness, impulsivity, or constant mental or physical energy
    • Low frustration tolerance or frequent meltdowns

  • Trouble sleeping or frequent stomachaches or headaches with no clear medical cause
    • Negative self-talk, low confidence, or feeling “different” from peers
    • Challenges with transitions, routines, or changes
    • Stress related to school performance, friendships, or family changes

MARRIAGE & COUPLES COUNSELING

Every relationship goes through seasons of stress, disconnection, and transition. Couples counseling provides a structured, supportive space to slow down difficult patterns, improve communication, and better understand each other’s needs.

Rather than assigning blame, therapy focuses on how dynamics develop and how both partners can show up differently. Sessions are collaborative and practical, helping couples strengthen emotional connection, navigate conflict more effectively, and rebuild trust over time.

Whether you’re feeling stuck, disconnected, or simply wanting to improve your relationship, couples counseling offers a path forward that feels grounded and respectful.

YOU MAY BENEFIT FROM THERAPY IF YOU EXPERIENCE:

  • Ongoing conflict or repeated arguments that don’t get resolved
    • Difficulty communicating needs or feeling misunderstood
    • Emotional distance, resentment, or loss of connection
    • Stress related to parenting, blending families, or life transitions
    • Challenges rebuilding trust after a breach or rupture

  • Differences in emotional expression, expectations, or communication styles
    • Feeling stuck in the same patterns despite trying to improve things
    • Increased tension related to work stress, mental health, or burnout
    • Difficulty navigating boundaries, roles, or decision-making together
    • A desire to strengthen the relationship before issues escalate
