You are here because….

You’ve tried to do everything right, but life still feels harder than it should.

Maybe your home feels tense.
Maybe your child is struggling with big feelings.
Maybe your marriage feels more like surviving than connecting.
Or maybe you’ve checked all the boxes—career, family, relationships—yet inside you feel tired, anxious, and stretched thin.

It doesn’t mean you’re broken. It means you’re human.
And it means you don’t have to keep holding it all together alone.

Therapy is where families, couples, kids, and individuals find their way back to calm, connection, and wholeness.

HECK YES I WANT THAT

You fear you’ll never get there or think life is supposed to be this hard.

I have been in your shoes. I know the way home.

You’ll develop new methods of coping that address the root of the problems.

There is another way.

Meet Leah Harlan, Licensed Therapist

Leah Harlan is a therapist who helps people rediscover joy, calm, and meaning after years of carrying too much. With a grounded, compassionate presence, she weaves together Internal Family Systems, somatic work, and CBT to help clients heal from burnout, anxiety, and the lingering impact of emotionally complex families. Leah believes therapy should feel like both a soft landing and a steady push toward the life you’ve been longing for.

Here’s How I Can Help:

  • I will come up with a unique plan that meets your needs. Together, we will come up with a schedule and frequency that works best for you. These sessions can either be telehealth or in-person based on your needs.

Anxiety & Burnout Therapy for High‑Achieving Adults in Prince George and surrounding areas, and virtually across Virginia.

“I help professionals and high‑achieving adults in the Tri‑Cities area heal from high‑functioning anxiety, quiet burnout, and childhood emotional trauma.”

  • I will meet with you and your partner to come up with a plan that meets your needs. Every couple can benefit from growing together. I am here in times of crisis but also as a sounding board to increase joy and intimacy.

  • I work with teens (13-17) who are struggling with anxiety, adhd, and neurodivergency. With art, and mixture of writing and play, we work on emotional regulation, executive functioning skills, and self-acceptance. If telehealth works better for your teen, I provide a neat package with art supplies and tactile components to make our time together better suited.

  • Groups run throughout the year and our primarily closed. Ensure you are signed up for my newsletter to be given information on what groups are available.
